The legislative process is designed as an intentional obstacle course of points of order, committee vetoes, and executive checks. Below is the precise constitutional logic modeled inside our retro arcade engine.
Choose which signature executive directive or legislative act to champion through the Texas Capitol obstacle course. Selecting a proposal grants your character unique stat perks, custom HUD banners, and updates your enrolled statutory outcome upon defeating the Governor's Veto!
